In the renovated wine cellar Gabriella serves her guests succulent dishes. A unique experience is to taste the fish caught in Lake Ceresio, enriched by vegetables that come directly from her mother's garden.

"I am a lively boatwoman who receives and entertains her guests in an old wine cellar. If requested, I am happy to accompany guests through the narrow streets of Melide to visit the old cellars in the village. My recently renovated, cosy cellar has a fireplace and is finely decorated. We like to sit at the long wooden table and enjoy typical regional fish specialities”.
Simply eat well. Guests from all over Switzerland and abroad can enjoy true traditional and innovative Swiss cuisine directly in the homes of peasants and agricultural entrepreneurs. The restaurants cook and serve the dishes in the kitchen, in the typical "stube", in the dining room, in the garden or in the tavern.
SWISS TAVOLATA offers you an unforgettable experience thanks to the unique atmosphere of the wonderful farms with their crops and their farms. The table is prepared with extraordinary dishes, prepared with products of the farm or the region.
