The Officina del Gusto has been created by Agnese Z'graggen, food designer, in 2007. It is a creative laboratory of culinary research and a catering service, which offers many gastronomic and artistic services for both individuals and companies.
The spirit of the Officina del Gusto is to work with small producers and local traders to ensure the quality of food and the respect for the environment.
All creations are made at the FoodLab, a modern, functional and welcoming kitchen atelier located in the heart of the old town in Locarno.
