The Ticino “ciambella”, a spicy, crunchy, crumbly, ring-shaped cookie with a hole in the center, is part of the Swiss Culinary Heritage. "Not all “ciambelle” come with a hole," goes a proverb to console oneself or someone when something fails.
During this workshop you will learn how to make ciambelle, and while waiting to take them out of the oven, you will have the opportunity to taste a good glass of local wine with salami and cheese from the region. You will then take home your ciambelle still warm!
