A regenerating experience within the silent walls of a 17th-century convent, where the ancient wooden choir and the 18th-century library preserve a timeless atmosphere.
During the program, a variety of complementary practices will be offered, designed to support overall wellbeing. The activities are also suitable for those approaching this world for the first time, and each session will be guided with attention to each person's needs and pace.
Gentle Yoga – Accessible sessions for everyone, including beginners, to release tension, restore vitality, and fully inhabit the body through breath and movement.
Mindfulness Practices – Guided exercises to cultivate attention and clarity, learning to live fully in the present moment and to regain calm and balance when facing daily challenges.
Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) – Slow walks and deep immersion in nature to receive its regenerative benefits: relaxation, stress reduction, immune support, creativity, and emotional wellbeing.
Empathy Practices – Experiential activities to develop emotional intelligence and enrich human relationships, in an atmosphere of listening, respect, and sharing.
Reflection and connection
The program will close with a moment of personal and group reflection, to recognize the inner qualities to cultivate each day and to nourish trust, balance, and meaning.
Finally, the People Friendly® Circle: an authentic experience of human connection, enriched by local flavors that nurture both presence and relationships.
