In Switzerland, in the Canton of Ticino, Cantina Silbernagl cultivates the vineyard, produces wines and distills grappa.
The vine requires constant attention, our commitment in the vineyard continues without stopping, season after season, day after day.
The soil is kept vital by a thriving biodiversity. We believe in ecological and sustainable agriculture.
Winemaking has its own times therefore in the cellar our work is an alternation of transformation processes and maturation pauses.
Our wines are produced with ripe grapes harvested by hand and
they are particularly respectful of the characteristics of the variety and the vintage of the harvest.
The production of our spirits consists of the simple distillation of our wines with their pomace, with a lot of attention and patience.
Total production is less than 20'000 bottles per year.
