The à la carte cuisine of Restaurant SALOTTO 1962, prepared by the experienced and renowned Chef Kenny Oberholz, offers a selection of delicacies with always fresh and seasonal ingredients. The appetizers, pasta and risotto dishes, meat and fish dishes are all classics of the Mediterranean tradition. Each dish is a unique culinary journey. Themed evenings and culinary events are held throughout the year.
The wine cellar boasts over 250 wine labels. Marco Morra, our maître sommelier, will advise guests on the perfect pairing. At the Bar, Andrea Squizzi prepares classic and modern drinks ideal for aperitifs and after dinner.
During the summer, SALOTTO 1962 moves to the terrace, offering the opportunity to enjoy dishes outdoors with an enchanting view of the pool and the beautiful garden.
