Chièra Apartment: Spacious one-bedroom flat on the ground floor (55 sqm), perfect for 2 people with the possibility of accommodating up to 3. The flat consists of a large room comprising a living area with comfortable sofa and Swisscom TV with 100+ national and international channels; sleeping area with king sized bed (160x200) and new hypoallergenic waterfoam mattress; dining area with modern kitchen equipped with induction stoves, oven, microwave, coffee machine (in addition to the classic moka), kettle and large fridge with freezer; bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet.

Tremorgio Apartment: Comfortable three-room apartment on the first floor (65 sqm), ideal for families and groups of friends of 4 people with the possibility of accommodating up to 5 people. The flat consists of two bedrooms with king sized bed (160x200) and new hypoallergenic waterfoam mattresses; living room with sofa, armchair and Swisscom TV with 100+ national and international channels; walk-in wardrobe room for your luggage; dining area with modern kitchen equipped with induction stoves, oven, microwave, coffee machine (in addition to the classic moka), kettle and large fridge with freezer; bathroom with toilet and bathtub.

Ritom Apartment: Panoramic three-room apartment on the second floor (65 sqm), ideal for families and groups of friends of 4 people with the possibility of accommodating up to 5 people. The flat consists of two bedrooms with king sized bed (160x200) and new hypoallergenic waterfoam mattresses; living room with sofa, armchair and Swisscom TV with 100+ national and international channels; office room with comfortable workstation consisting of desk and office chair ideal for home office or study; dining area with modern kitchen equipped with induction stoves, oven, microwave, coffee machine (in addition to the classic moka), kettle and large fridge with freezer; bathroom with toilet and shower.

All flats are monitored by a modern fire alarm system and smoke detectors for your complete safety and comfort during your stay. Smoking is therefore strictly prohibited in all internal areas of the house.

The flats share a sport/deposit room where you can safely leave your sports equipment such as bicycles or other equipment.

Clothes can be washed at the picturesque municipal Osco washhouse, located less than 50 metres from the house. Cards for its use are available in the flats. The washhouse has a professional washing machine and dryer. Washing products are available in the storage/sports room, as are an iron and ironing board.

The Casa Bella Oschesina is easily accessible by both private and public transport. The Leventina Valley is served by the A2 highway (close to the Gotthard Tunnel) and the Faido exit is only 15 minutes away along a scenic road with views of the middle Leventina Valley. The Faido railway station is served by hourly InterCity connections operated by SOB with its Treno Gottardo, from where you can continue by PostBus line 118 to Osco Paese, the stop is just a few meters from Casa Bella Oschesina.
