Hotel Delfino and Formarti join forces to offer an interesting and tasty form of training, with qualified people, with a different format.
The event is open to individuals or groups who want to experience the dynamics of communication and collaboration in a particular, dynamic and creative context.
The day includes the first half, a theoretical part of the classroom with practical teaching inserts and a creative practical part that will take place in the kitchen.
In the first part we will discuss some topics related to communication in general, the difference between group and team, change and we will go through some very effective techniques.
The second part will be characterized by preparing a menu using the techniques and communicative dynamics discussed in the first part, in collaboration with a coach that will accompany the participants.
Participants will be able to experiment in a creative context the dynamics of collaboration and outcome orientation through the realization of a culinary project. The event will start at 2 pm and end at 10 pm and include dinner preparation and dinner, drinks included.
The investment per participant is CHF 420.00.
