Day 1: Individual arrival to Airolo | Airolo – Rodi
Baggage delivery in Airolo. After passing the promontory of Stalvedro, shortly after Airolo, the path winds towards the valley floor of the Leventina. Along the Ticino river and from one bank to the other you reach Rodi.

Day 2: Rodi – Lavorgo
Shortly after the Dazio Grande we continue along the Gola del Piottino, one of the most important passages of the ViaGottardo. There are many buildings along the way. Faido and Chiggiogna are the main localities.

Day 3: Lavorgo – Biasca
Giornico, the "door of the Leventina" is rich in historical monuments. From here you can climb one of the oldest access roads to the Leventina through Faido and Personico.

Day 4: Biasca – Bellinzona
From Biasca, the flat path crosses the Riviera, first following one bank of the Ticino river, then the other. A relaxing walk through woods of river origin that ends in the middle of the fortress of Bellinzona. Upon arrival, visit to the three castles of Bellinzona (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
