Every Tuesday or on demand, accompanied by the qualified dietitian and cooking book author Erica Bänziger, you will discover the seasonal wild edible herbs and the botanical peculiarities of Terre di Pedemonte (Verscio, Cavigliano) and Centovalli, through meadows, fields and woods. Included a pleasant snack in Cavigliano’s chestnut grove made with wild herbs! A unique culinary experience.
