Conviviality Networking

The Table as Relational Space and Social Design.

Conviviality Networking transforms the act of dining into a collective performance and a tool for social design. This is not a simple corporate lunch, but a participatory installation where food activates dialogue, and guests literally weave the team's emotional and relational map using coloured threads.

This tour/activity is available in the cities of Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno, Mendrisio, and in the Alpine valleys.

The Experience in Brief:

  • The Invisible Network: Each participant receives a coloured thread. Guided micro-actions during each course (stretching, weaving, knotting, or untying threads) physically transform the table into a web that visually maps the team's relations, bottlenecks, and synergies.
  • Menu for the Mind: An exclusive, meticulously curated setting featuring texts embroidered onto napkins and a literary menu. Not a mere list of dishes, but a textual journey designed to stimulate reflection, inspiration, and deep dialogue.
  • Corporate Heritage Archive: At the end of the experience, the created web of threads can remain suspended in the space as a visual art installation and a tangible trace of corporate culture and cohesion.
  • The Workshop Alternative: Can also be activated as a continuous workshop for multi-day corporate events, where employees leave traces, write memories, and make the network grow day after day.

The table not as a place of consumption, but as an act of vital connection. Beyond individuality, towards community.
