Casa Begnudini, the "Rifugio del Paesaggio", is located in the Bavona Valley (Cavergno, Ticino), which branches off from the Maggia Valley, and is the steepest and most rocky valley in the entire Alpine region.
Casa Begnudini consists of a main building that can accommodate up to 16 people and is structured as follows: on the ground floor there is a large, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room; on the first floor there is an atrium, 2 single rooms and a large five-bed room; finally, in the attic, there are 2 rooms, one with 6 beds and the other with 3. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, shelves, a small table and stools.
Next to the main building there is a small rustic cottage, called Stallino, which can accommodate two people. This two-storey cottage has a kitchenette and a table with stools on the ground floor and two single beds on the attic floor.
A mattress cover and pillows with pillowcase are provided. Each guest must bring their own sleeping bag.
Price per person in dormitory accommodation: CHF 24.00.
