Bamboohouse is centrally located in Riazzino, between Bellinzona and Locarno (both about 8 km away), and just 3 km from Tenero and Lake Maggiore. The Bellinzona–Locarno–Ascona cycle path passes right near the property; dedicated bicycle storage facilities are also available.

Thanks to its strategic location, Bamboohouse is the ideal starting point for walks in the Verzasca Valley, lake trips to the Brissago Islands and Luino, excursions, sports activities, and shopping.
The property covers an area of approximately 8,500 m², surrounded by greenery, palms, and bamboo, and offers up to 100 beds spread across three buildings, which can be flexibly combined according to group needs. We also offer the possibility to book the entire hotel for private events.

For over 50 years, we have welcomed groups of all kinds, associations, schools, sports clubs, and families. We have recently renovated rooms, apartments with kitchens, a swimming pool, and a garden, in a quiet, traffic-free area.
Many recreational activities are included in the price: swimming pool, mini-golf, table tennis, volleyball, tennis, five-a-side football, large playground, billiards, and a charming Lotus tent with karaoke and TV, perfect for group social moments.

The international restaurant with a retractable terrace and characteristic bamboo houses can accommodate up to 100 people. Our all-you-can-eat barbecues and themed buffets are especially appreciated by groups and families.
The property is conveniently connected to Locarno, Bellinzona, and Lugano via SBB trains and bus line 311, with connections every 30 minutes.
