Al Forno Vacanze is a small, car-free rustic holiday resort overlooking Intragna in the small village of Pila, situated at the beginning of Centovalli/ Ticino. It’s accessible only by cable car (currently only luggage transport possible) or by foot. The family-friendly holiday apartments are carefully renovated “Rustici”. They are basic, but very comfortably furnished. The holiday homes are spread across the sunny green terrace approximately 500 m.a.s.l. surrounded by nature and chestnut woods, as well as by rivers which are lovely to swim in. Perfectly accessible by public transport, Locarno and Ascona are situated on Lake Maggiore. Together with their surrounding villages they are the ideal holiday destinations in Switzerland’s southern region of Ticino, always blessed with plenty of sun.
