The two gastronomy professionals Eloa Geiser and Yanick Walker welcome you as tenants of the Ristorante Stazione di Intragna. She sommelier and he chef are now leading the house in its second year. She grew up on an alpine pasture in Ticino with goats, he in Valais in the middle of the vines. Nevertheless, Eloa has become a sommelier and not Yanick. They met while working in Ascona. She on duty, he in the kitchen. Even then, they appreciated what they now want to carry on as a couple: professionalism, enjoyment of work and employee appreciation. The environment is elegant, but still familiar with a sympathy that spreads warmth. The cuisine is in a class of its own, with dishes that enchant both in taste and presentation. The beautiful room offers a wide view of the Terre di Pedemonte. On sunny afternoons, up to 45 people can be entertained on the terrace under the parasols.
