Chef Yves Bussi offers different seasonal meals, mainly prepared with products from the family vegetables farm and from the region: Chateaubriand with sauce Béarnaise, beef tartar prepared at the table, regional "Loto" risotto in Merlot wine with shrimps in aromatic herbs, potato "Gnocchi" with porcini mushrooms, trout fillet of the Calanca Valley, veal escalope with mushrooms, are only some of the various meals on our menu. A menu for guests with celiac disease and lactose intolerance is also available.
