IKOBANI ROOF BAR & RESTAURANT

Ikobani is the first izakaya in the heart of Lugano located on the Roof of Casa Gabbani in Piazza Cioccaro. A place to discover authentic and unconventional flavors of Japanese cuisine and enjoy cocktails and sake with an oriental fragrance. The menu includes everything from classic temaki to fresh fish sashimi, as well as more special dishes such as Kaisen salad, fried fish in nanban, homemade ramen and many other traditional Japanese dishes.  As in Japan, izakaya is a cosy and intimate place, where the bar is the centre of attention and the tables are usually not many.  In spring and summer you can enjoy an aperitif and dinner on the roof terrace and enjoy the unique view over the rooftops of Lugano.
