Homemade flavours... naturally!
For 120 years, the Defanti family has run its own restaurant and hotel in Lavorgo. The building was in fact purchased in 1903 by Luigi Defanti, great-grandfather of Cesare, the current owner.
Currently, the restaurant is only open in the evenings from Tuesday to Saturday, from April to October, and the menu features genuine and fresh seasonal dishes.
Special menus are regularly offered, allowing for out-of-the-ordinary gastronomic experiences with theme menus or various events.
