Tecc du Martin

Beautiful rustico situated in the mountains at 1100 m above sea level, in a very quiet, sunny area with a splendid view over the whole valley.

To reach the rustic house you have to drive 2 km, in 5 minutes, from the village of Leontica, on a road with narrow bends.

The rustico is 20 km from Biasca and 40 km from the capital Bellinzona.

Tecc du Martin is for 6 people, on three floors.
 

On the first floor, passing through the large French window opening onto the terrace, you reach the living room joined to the kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with 4 glass-ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge and American coffee machine.

In the living room, besides the sofa and the open fireplace, there is a dining area.

On the same floor as the living room and kitchen is the bathroom with WC.

A spiral staircase leads up to the attic floor, where 2 single beds are placed on the open mezzanine over the living room.

A spiral staircase leads down to the ground floor where there are two double bedrooms and a shower room with WC.

From the double bedrooms there is an exit to the outside.
 

On the terrace there is a garden table with chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue.

 Note: there are spiral staircases throughout the house.

The car park is private and in front of the house, from the asphalt mountain road, you take a dirt road to the left for a length of 100 m.
