This spacious holiday home is located in the small village of Anzano in the back of the valley Val Malvaglia. Until 1940, the house was the school of the surrounding hamlet. Even today, some details are reminiscent of this time.
From Malvaglia you can reach Anzano by following the mountain road for about half an hour. There are several free parking spaces at the bottom of the village. The Rustico "Vecchia Scuola" is a 3-minute walk from the car park. The house is located in the upper part of the village.
If you arrive by public transport, take the cable car Malvaglia-Dagro (exit next to the bus stop "Malvaglia-Filovia") and arrive in Anzano after about an hour on foot.
The surroundings allow long walks in nature, excursions, f.e. to the Quarnei hut, snowshoeing or hiking on skis. Also for mountain bike lovers there are well marked trails.
The Vecchia Scuola is simply furnished, but has everything you need for a short or long stay.
The house has a large living room and 4 bedrooms (each with 1-2 beds) with a total of 7 beds.
In the large kitchen is a large fireplace, a wood stove and a gas stove.
At low temperatures, the kitchen and living room can be heated with a wood stove. The bedrooms and bathroom are not heated.
Outside there is a nice fenced garden with barbecue. They also have two bikes available, a small library and various games.
