Rustico Conceprio

Our Rustico is located in the middle of a meadow in a quiet and very sunny situation. The contemporarily renovated rustic house has three floors and can accommodate a family or a couple.

Living room with kitchen and living room with fireplace.

Attic floor with 2 or 4 beds.

Ground floor with double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and sauna room.

We provide our guests with bed linen, towels, bath products. For those who love to be immersed in nature and need a lot of tranquility. Parking inside the property at 20 meters from the house

PRICES

2 persons Fr. 130.00 per day + Fr. 15 for additional guest (up to 6 persons) + Fr. 70 for cleaning

HOUSING

It is a detached house, in the middle of a large lawn, there can stay 2 - 6 people. The parking lot is near the road, about 15 meters from the house. It is heated with a floor heating system and a nice wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a central island and the wooden table is for about 6 people.

In the living area there is a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a TV with international TV channels and a WiFi. The wood-burning fireplace will warm you up when you are in this area.

On the attic floor there is a single space with a double bed and the possibility to add 2 more single beds (ideal for families with small children) and a cot bed.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with access to the garden, a room with toilet and bathtub. In contact with the bathroom there is a small sauna available to guests. On this floor there is a washing machine and another small accessory room.

INSIDE

Furnishings: functional, rustic, individual, tiled floors, wooden floors, stone floors.

Equipment: bed linen, towels, bathroom products, free WI-FI Internet connection and satellite TV washing machine; information and tourist brochures; underfloor heating; wood heating;

Living room: kitchen, dining area, sofa, fireplace, from the living room spiral staircase (narrow) to the upper level, to the lower level.

Dining area, in the living room (first floor).: kitchen with central island and table for 6 people. in the living room, (first floor).

Kitchen: Kitchen equipment: 4 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Bedroom 1: (top floor, attic, the room has no doors): 1 x double bed and 2 x single bed can be placed side by side.

Bedroom 2: (ground floor): double bed (1.40 m wide), exit to the lawn.

Sanitary facilities 1: (ground floor): sauna.

Sanitary facilities 2: (ground floor): bathroom, WC.

Access/parking: parking inside the property at 20 meters from the house.

Land: (for exclusive use): approx. 500 m², open plot, sloping position, planted with trees, with well-kept lawn, natural lawn. The remaining meadow is used by the farmers so there is a possibility of cows in the nearby meadow. We ask our guests to use only the portion of land around the house of 500 square meters.

Outdoor spaces: (exclusive use): furnished outdoor space, garden furniture available (1 outdoor table, 4 chairs), 4 deck chairs, barbecue.

LOCAL SERVISE CHARGES

Electricity at actual consumption, wood for fireplace (fr. 16/bag of 20 kg), tourist tax (Fr. 3.25 per guest over 14 years per night), Fr. 70 final cleaning.

We inform you that in the cold period the underfloor heating working with electricity can cost up to about 10/20 chfr. per day if you do not use the wood-burning fireplace.  At the check out we will be able to count the exact amount of what was consumed.

At check in you will be asked for a deposit of 200 Fr.

At the check out you will be charged the accessory costs and you will be refunded your deposit minus the expenses charged.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

We ask our guests to use only the portion of land around the house of 500 square meters.

The remaining lawn is for the use of the farmers so there is a possibility that there are cows grazing in the nearby lawn at certain times of the year.

In the barn at 600 meters, in summer, they use a hay dryer and can make a bit of noise.
