This charming and cozy 2.5-room apartment with a large furnished terrace and a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore is located just about 150 meters from the beautiful lake promenade. The holiday apartment is centrally located in the heart of Brissago above the main street and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment floor is easily accessible via an elevator from the underground garage. The apartment is divided as follows: an entrance hall with a closet, a large living and dining area with an open, well-equipped kitchen. The living area also has two single beds. A bedroom with a box-spring double bed, a bathroom and toilet, and an additional guest toilet in the entrance area. The terrace can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. An indoor pool with a terrace and a sauna, as well as a private underground parking space number "C," are available to guests. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available upon request and is subject to an on-site fee.

The comfortable furnishings and central location offer the best conditions for a wonderfully relaxing vacation.

-No pets
-Since there is no lifeguard on duty in the swimming pool or sauna, bathers are responsible for their own safety. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is therefore at their own risk.
