La Casa di SaSa

La Casa di SaSa is an essential space, comfortable and equipped with what you need for an evening with Netflix on the couch, a quiet day in the garden or a romantic dinner prepared at home.
The flat has a bedroom with walk-in wardrobe (bed: 180x200), a bathroom with shower and an open-plan kitchen-living room with sofa bed (135x195). The outdoor garden for private use allows you to enjoy the sunny days of Ticino.

We are located in the village of Arbedo, just 3 km from the centre and the castles of Bellinzona, the capital of Canton Ticino.
The canton is divided into eight districts, all with their own characteristics and charm.
The other main cities are a few tens of kilometres away: Locarno (25 km), Lugano (35 km) and Mendrisio (51 km).
From here, the Blenio valley, the Leventina and two of the valleys of the Italian Grisons (Mesolcina and Calanca) can also be reached in a short time.

The Casa di SaSa is less than 1 km from the Bellinzona Nord motorway exit and 1.3 km from the Arbedo-Castione railway station. The bus stop (Ponte Pacciaredo) is 200 m away.
 

There are bars, a bakery-pastry shop and a grocery shop within walking distance.
For nature and sports enthusiasts, several flat and mountain trails start from Arbedo. An ideal area for climbers. The ski resorts can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
During the summer season, a 10-minute walk takes you to La Spiaggetta - Beach Bar, an ideal place for a refreshing swim in the river and refreshment in the sun.
