Our flat is located in the historical monument of the SBB/Ambrì-Piotta railway station (opened in 1882), now converted into the multipurpose centre "Centro alla Stazione". Directly accessible by public transport (train and PostBus), our facility has 3 double rooms, 1 small living room with TV, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath/shower and 1 small service bathroom. We also have a fully equipped conference room.
Ambrì (1'000 msm) is a picturesque village located in the heart of the Alps in the upper Leventina Valley.
Situated 6 km from the exit of the S.Gottardo tunnel (southbound) and 1 km from the Quinto motorway exit (northbound), it has in its immediate vicinity: the "Gottardo Arena" HCAP headquarters, the departure of the Ritom funicular (which will take you to the splendid Cadagno region and its small lakes) and the Rodi-Fiesso cableway that will take you to Lake Tremorgio (a gem of the Alpine lake).
At 9 km you can reach Airolo where you can practice numerous summer and winter sports (mountain biking, paragliding, alpine and Nordic skiing).
