The rustico is in a quiet location just outside the village, approx. 80m above the own parking lot. Located near a mountain stream and forest, it has a beautiful garden with seating in front and behind the house. You can grill in the outdoor fireplace.
The house is divided into a dining room with a Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom.
There is a fireplace in the living room. The bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with three beds and a cot. There are two more beds in the separate garden shed.
The house has electric heating.
The tenant must bring his own bed linen.
