The apartment, in a typical old house, was completely renovated in 2014. It is located in the core of the village of Moghegno. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people, suitable for a family holiday in contact with nature.
The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, kitchen with dining/living room, double bedroom with a 180x200 bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and twin bedroom with two 90x200 single beds. Balcony and small outdoor area. Living room with television (Bluewin TV) and Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishwasher, Combi Steamer oven, Nespresso, microwave oven, Toaster and kettle. During the guests' stay we will be present regularly.
Ideal location for stays based on relaxation, away from traffic noise with the possibility of excursions along cultural or naturalistic and mountain itineraries. Swimming in the Maggia river, beach five minutes from the house. FART bus stop five minutes walk, Coop, Migros supermarkets and post office ten minutes walk. Twenty minutes from Locarno and fifteen from Cevio.
Car parking nearby. The rate includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
