The vacation house is situated in a unique panoramic position on the sunny slope of Agarone. It is surrounded by vineyards and you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Magadino plain and Lake Maggiore. A beautiful panoramic terrace, a romantic portico with outdoor chimney and a grape pergola invite you to linger. From the parking lot you can reach the house by a stairway of about 100 meters. Post bus stop about 100 meters from the house. Agarone is very centrally located in Ticino and is a good starting point to discover Ticino. On the lower floor is a two-room apartment which is sometimes used by the owner of the house over the weekend.
The bathroom is newly renovated. The kitchen is also equipped with a grill, a fondue set and a raclette machine.
