To access the upper floor you have a stairlift suitable for users with motor problems. Upstairs, attic, we find: a bathroom with thermostatic shower, a room with a bunk bed, a double bedroom, from both rooms you can access the balcony. Pergola with table and benches in local granite outside. The house offers free wifi and a safe. Kitchen (fully equipped). There is also the possibility of using the washing machine. The house is located in Claro (Bellinzona district) accessible by car (private parking space) and public transport (the bus stop is 100 m away).
Upon your arrival you will find the first change of towels and bed linen, other changes on request.
