The Osteria was donated to the people of Monte in 1978. I am not the owner, so I cannot make any major structural changes. The rooms are therefore very simple and the toilet is on the floor.
The house has 4 double rooms and 3 single rooms. All with terrace and washbasin in the room. We can organise groups of up to 26 people. However, we then have to rent rooms in the village and the surrounding area.
Breakfast awaits the guests in our house the other morning and there is a village shop to stock up on provisions.
The nearby Monte Generoso with its new summit restaurant the ice flower by Mario Botta is very popular and invites you to go hiking and biking. But also an exploration tour in the valley has its charm. In the garden we have a boggi lift and leisure time alla Ticinese with aperitivo is already announced!
