Family-run hotel since 1923. Located within walking distance of Lugano train station (3 min walk), it's still only 5 min to the lakefront or casino. The latest renovations in the rooms are 2019 and 2023. The rooms on the city side/pedestrian area are very quiet and almost all have balconies. Rooms toward the hill have sound-insulated windows. The San Lorenzo restaurant with Chef Thomas, delights your palate with Swiss and North Italian specialties for breakfast and dinner. During the warmer months of the year, meals (incl. breakfast) are served on the terrace. In the evening it is nice to end the day savoring the last rays of sunshine in the garden. Underground parking is supervised and located immediately below the hotel. WiFi throughout the hotel. Possibility for seminars and meetings 4 to 25 people. Banquets up to 80 people.
