Among these ancient flavours you can taste the delicious cheese and formaggini produced by Franco with the milk of his cows. The raw ham, salami, mortadella and lard obtained from their small pig farm. Without forgetting the typical dishes cooked by Marina with the farm's meat, such as ossibuchi, braised meat, lamb, stew and cotecotto with beans accompanied by the unmissable polenta cooked with flour from the Bruzella stone mill.
In this authentic and friendly place, located on a natural hillock that takes its name from the breeze (òra) that accompanies the summer evenings, you can enjoy as in the past the products of the territory and enjoy the magnificent landscape of the Alps and the Po Valley below.
