A journey across cultures, passions, and territories to explore the evolution of the chef’s role and the future of taste, while highlighting the excellence of Canton Ticino and promoting dialogue between innovation, sustainability, and tradition.
In a single setting, chefs from around the world will present five exclusive masterclasses, offering the opportunity to discover the secrets and most authentic expressions of haute cuisine.
Each chef will reveal the secrets of fine dining and their creative vision through live demonstrations.

- MASTERCLASS (from 9:30 AM to approximately 4:45 PM): signature techniques, live demonstrations, insights, and secrets from leading names in the culinary world (see detailed program below).
- TALK (from 5:15 PM to approximately 6:00 PM): moderated by the best chef Joanna Slusarczyk e Cristian Gadau - Panel discussion and dialogue with chefs, critics, researchers, creatives, and international guests to explore key themes such as the tangible enhancement of local products, the stories behind great names in haute cuisine, and how the restaurant industry has evolved over time.
