Sapori e Saperi

The 23rd edition of the festival Sapori e Saperi has been postponed to 2025!

The most representative specialities of the Ticino region, produced by producers in the sector, will be on display. At the exhibition you will be able to enjoy all the authenticity of local flavours, checked and certified according to the federal guidelines for regional products. In addition, thanks to the participation of Ticino producers, you will be able to get to know on the spot the genuine knowledge of the territory, which for generations has brought the unmistakable quality of "Ticino" products directly to our tables. 

The "Flavours and Knowledge" event is organised with the collaboration and financial support of Alpinavera, a project co-financed by the Confederation that aims to promote quality regional products for the Cantons of Ticino, Graubünden, Uri and Glarus.   

Come and discover Ticino's flavours and knowledge through demonstrations, games, competitions and tastings.
