La Corsa della Speranza

It will be an exciting day in Piazza Riforma.

The programme is as follows:

• 9:00 am: Opening of registration stall Corsa della Speranza
• 9.30 am – 10:00 am: Spinning
• 10:30 am –11:30 am: Pilates (town hall courtyard)
• 11:30 am – 12:00 pm: Spinning
• 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Yoga (town hall courtyard) and 1:30 pm –2:30 pm Zumba stage
• 2.30 pm – 3:00 pm: Spinning
• 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Forum with various doctors presented by Carla Norghauer
• 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Country stage and 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm yoga (town hall courtyard)

 At 5:00 pm the event ends.

Prices

• Registration is CHF 25.– for adults and CHF 10.– for children, to be made on site, and you will receive a participation kit containing the 2023 race cotton T-shirt, flyer, rainbow day card

Notes 

• Registrations can be made on the day of the event in the square, no pre-sales will be made, but those wishing to participate in a spinning session (as communicated on our portals) must pre-reserve their place by emailing: [email protected] (name – surname and time when they will participate in the spinning lesson)
