Terms of participation

Participation is open to natural persons aged 16 or over and resident in Switzerland, Liechtenstein or Germany.

Participation in the contest is free of charge and without purchase obligation. Employees of Ticino Turismo and their relatives, as well as all partners involved, are excluded from participation. Lawsuits are excluded.

The draw will take place after the event or the closing of the contest. The winners will be drawn by lot and informed in written form. Ticino Tourism reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw, to delete multiple entries or to cancel the prize draw if there are any discrepancies.

The prizes cannot be exchanged, resold or paid out in cash.
