Our company was founded in the 1940s thanks to our great?grandfather Riccardo, a curious and enterprising man who was the first to recognize the potential of Merlot in Ticino. He imported the first vine cuttings from Veneto and received several diplomas and awards for his work. His son Augusto was no different and decided to embark on an even bolder project: introducing and cultivating Pinot in our region, moving away from the Merlot monoculture typical of our territory.

Today, we continue to preserve their vision by combining tradition and innovation: from artisanal techniques to the daily care of our vineyards, all the way to using drones for plant?health treatments. Our estate is located in the Nava area, in the countryside outside Lugano, on limestone soil at the foot of the Denti della Vecchia mountains, surrounded by a centuries?old chestnut grove.

We cultivate five grape varieties — Merlot, Pinot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, and American grape — and we are among the few wineries to produce a pure Cabernet Franc. Our philosophy is simple: quality above all.

We produce a range of wines that includes reds, whites, rosés, sparkling wines, as well as grappas and liqueurs. We offer tastings, tours, and events by reservation, along with group lunches and dinners for those who wish to experience our world up close.
