La beautiful historical Villa Ciani, which is to be found in the Park by the same name, has been the location for important exhibitions ever since 1933. Today, the Villa is mainly used for temporary artistic or historical exhibitions however, upon request, it may be exclusively booked for congress events.
Villa Ciani is built on three storeys and has a total of 30 rooms of different sizes, all connected on-line with each other. The villa’s architecture lends itself well to small exhibitions, with VIP rooms, the exhibition of scientific posters and other special events. Direct connection is guaranteed with the Congress Hall’s main foyer.
Accessibility Services
This cultural/tourist point of interest took part in the digital data mapping project on accessibility by Pro Infirmis. The project was carried out with the collaboration and support of Ticino Turismo, the four regional tourist organisations and the Department of Education, Culture and Sport.
