Cable car Tremorgio

**Now that the renovation work is complete, the Tremorgio Cable Car will reopen to the public on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 7:30 a.m.! **

Through the cable car Rodi-Tremorgio it is possible to reach Lake Tremorgio in only 5 minutes. Carlo Taddei, mineralogist and alpine guide, described the lake as a “pearl that looks like a sapphire embedded in the mountains”. An enchanting location to discover and enjoy the beauty of this alpine lake.

The cable car leaves Rodi-Fiesso (940 m), a district of the municipality of Prato Leventina, and arrives in five minutes in Tremorgio (1830 m), from which you can reach on foot the Tremorgio hut in a few minutes. The cable car Rodi-Tremorgio provides two cabins which can carry 8 people each.

The cable car is in service everyday from June to mid-October with the following schedule: from 7.30 am to 7 pm (weather permetting).
