The Progero Stables, founded in 1972 by Sergio Resinelli, occupies a vast agricultural area in the municipality of Gudo. Green pastures and centuries-old trees characterize this relaxing, natural setting.
Spacious, modern, well-kept stables can accommodate about thirty horses and boarding is available. Horses live as nature intended in this peaceful environment with daily access to pastures. The stables are also an excellent starting point for relaxing walks in the countryside along the banks of the Ticino River.
Experienced instructors offer riding lessons for children and adults -- from beginners to experts.
