On the hill to the south of the village stands the Chapel of St Ambrosius. Built in the Romanesque period, it was remodelled in 1719. Inside, on the apse, the ‘Majestas Domini’ is a 14th-century fresco, as is the figure of St Ambrosius on the south wall. The chapel was extended in the 19th century.
Key available from Mrs Laura Pianezzi. Next to the chapel are some ruins of the ancient castle of St Ambrosius.
