The section of the Via del Ceneri between Robasacco and Cadenazzo passes beneath the A2 motorway. This underpass has been transformed into a narrative tunnel, which takes an educational and informative look at developments in transport and communication routes over the last three centuries. It illustrates how these transformations have changed society and left their mark on the Ticino area. Meanwhile, not far from the Robasacco rest area on the A2 motorway, a recreation and relaxation zone has been created for contemporary travellers along the Via del Ceneri.
