During summer or winter, indoors or outdoors, on land or in the water, this activity is a challenge for any kind of team building. Trust, communication, strategic thinking and team leadership are the ingredients to successfully fulfil this half-day or full-day experience. The group will be divided in different teams. First, each team will create its own identity using, for example, a team motto, slogan, a mascot and/or t-shirt. Then they will have to fulfil a series of physical or creative activities. At the end of the day an award is given to the winning team.
