Since 2017 there has been an artificial ice rink at the Magadino Sports Centre, measuring 40 m x 20 m and available for the entire population and schools for ice hockey tournaments, skating classes or other activities. There is also the possibility for sports groups or clubs to reserve time slots for the rink's occupation.
The facility is open from the 25th of November 2023 till the 4th of February 2024 with the exception of the 25th, 26 th December 2023 and the 1st of January 2024. For time slots open to the public and young hockey players, the access to the facility is free at any time.
