Garden Bathing experience to promote psycho-emotional balance
The garden that welcomes participants is the perfect space to experience contemplation and promote relaxation through observation and sensory awakening techniques aimed at reducing the stress of stressful days and restoring balance and well-being.
Garden Bathing originates from the more well-known practice of Forest Bathing; an experience of deep connection with the natural environment through the use of the senses, relaxation techniques and moments of interaction with nature.
It is a guided practice where everyone can experience the variety of the therapeutic garden according to their own feelings. An immersion in nature that gives a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
During the practice, participants are invited to leave their watches behind and turn off their mobile phones. The session involves few moments of traditional verbal expression, emphasising instead personal experience and “being together” in silence, stillness and non-verbal communication. This is often a completely different environment from what we are used to in the workplace.
