Meret Bissegger is a well-known Ticino chef offering cooking classes at her residence in Malvaglia (Blenio Valley). Her cuisine is distinguished by her great passion of cooking with spices and aromatic herbs. Meret also offers “Tavolate” – tasty meals around a large and cosy table in the spirit of hospitality.
Be surprised by the 4-course meal, made entirely with seasonal ingredients: from the appetizer buffet and the first course, to the main course and the sweet “grand-finale” course.
