Isolated on a spur of rock, silhouetted against the sky when you look at it from the bottom of the valley, the little church of S. Martino in Calonico is known above all for the picturesque position in which it is situated. The massive bell tower testifies to the medieval origin of the church and probably dates back to the twelfth century.
On the polychrome wooden altar there is a statue of the Virgin from the 18th century.
