The Bike’n’Wine Generoso tour invites you to discover the Mendrisiotto, the most vineyard-rich region in Ticino, through an experience that combines spectacular views, wine tastings and a pleasant bike ride.
The adventure begins at Capolago/Riva San Vitale station aboard the charming rack railway train, offering breathtaking views over the surrounding landscape. Once you reach the San Nicolao stop, a beautiful 10-minute walk awaits you through a chestnut forest.
This half-day excursion is perfect for those who appreciate fine wine, nature and authentic experiences. At the end of the tour, you have the option to round off the day with a traditional dinner (upon request) in a local grotto, enjoying typical dishes in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
