The Alpe Costa Refuge can be reached in about 3 hours, departing from the church of Frasco. Located in the basin of the Val d'Efra, from Costa you can reach the Hut Efra (SEV) in about 2 hours, the lace Cramosino, the Madom Gros, inserted in the Via Alta della Verzasca. As a "refuge" it is always open, but in the winter season the water supply (possibly an external fountain) is suspended and can be reached or not depending on the snowfall.
