Currently the hut is affiliated with patricians and not, especially during the summer months. A farmhouse is preferably used as a refectory, with a large kitchen and space for about twenty people. The second farmhouse is used as a dormitory with about ten beds, a stove and a full service shower.
A solar system provides electricity for lighting, while a fireplace and wood-burning stove allow the rooms to be heated in the coldest seasons. The hot water is generated by a gas system.
During the winter months, the supply of running water may be interrupted due to low temperatures.
