The small rustic house is located in the centre of the characteristic Ticino village of Brè, situated 800 metres above sea level in a pleasant hollow between Monte Brè and Monte Boglia. Only 20' from the city of Lugano you will find yourself in a very quiet, country setting surrounded by nature and a wonderful starting point for walks or mountain bike tours.
The appartement offers a double bedroom with a small balcony from which there is a beautiful view of the Tamaro - Lema mountain range. The living room has a table for 4 persons and a sofa bed. A small, fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom round off the offer.

For those coming by car there is the possibility of access to the house for loading and unloading, and then you can leave your car at public pay parking spaces 100 metres from the house.
